The "Discovery Call" is the VERY first step in our design process! It's a 15-30 minute phone conversation with someone from our team to discuss your design needs and ideas.
Cancelation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will be billed 50% of the price for said appointment. Appointments cancelled prior to the 24 hour mark will not be billed.
